- In the absence of Shift Leader or Tour Desk Attendant to take bookings maintaining a polite manner. To greet guests upon arrival and whenever possible to greet guests by names.
- Be aware of all house rules and obey them and assist in enforcing them. Conduct in such a manner so as to encourage fellow associates to do likewise.
- To have a complete understanding of the hotel?s fire and safety regulations and precautionary measures.
- To be always alert, attentive and assume a pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
- Works closely with all the associates in the assigned area and other job related associates.
