? Bachelor?s Degree in Business, MIS, IT or other fields with computer knowledge.
? 0-2 years experience in IT coordination. New graduated is welcome.
? Service-minded with excellent communicating skills, Positive attitude, Proactive and willing to learn with Multi-Tasking Skills.
? Good communication in English (both written & spoken ).
GENERAL MISSION:
? Assists the IT manager to provide and support the data processing function of the hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
? Assists IT manager to Maintain hotel data processing network system, personal computer software as well as training the staff on proper equipment handling.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Operational Manuals are developed and maintained on a current basis and used regularly by the operating staff.
? To maintain a proper filing system and adhere to the record retention report as per hotel policy.
