? Loyalty - Follows instructions, has a strong commitment to completing tasks efficiently; takes work seriously; has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined.
? Superior Communication Skills (written & verbal)
? Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
? Demonstrated ability to multi-task, remain flexible, manage time and work well under pressure
? College Degree Preferred
? Additional Certifications a Plus (i.e. HVAC, Certified Pool Operator, etc.)
? Minimum 5-10 years of Chief Engineer experience at a similar size property
? Major brand experience, preferably with Starwood
? Renovation experience strongly preferred
? Proven ability to lead, manage, coach, encourage and guide associates
? Ability to maintain a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays as required
? Must hold a valid drivers license
