- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
- Computer literacy and very good command of spoken and written English
- Minimum 5 years experiences in exhibition or event
- Sales and marketing background
- Self confident & highly motivated
- Good personality, negotiation and human relationships
- Ability to interact and work in a fast paced
- Having own car and driving license
- Manage the marketing campaign for a portfolio of exhibitions and events
- Produce a post event analysis report
- Direct sales and marketing strategy
- Dealing with campaign planning, execution and analysis through effective teamwork
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, partners and the rest of the show team
- Holistic approach to product planning to ensure products are delivered on time to high quality
- Sourcing new potential exhibitors through internet, directories, publications and other relevant information sources
- Resolve exhibitor conflicts both in the office and on site
- Liaise with the finance department to assist in collection where necessary
