- Culinary school qualifications or several years experience working in a hotel or restaurant in a role of leadership.
- Basic English skills Sous Chef will work under the Executive chef who is from America.
- The Executive chef will provide training and monitor quality control on an ongoing basis.
- Direct assistant of the Chef de Cuisine/ Executive Chef
-Responsible for scheduling the kitchen staff, or
substituting when the head chef is off-duty
- Fill in for or assist the Chef de Partie when needed.
- An accountable for the kitchen's inventory, cleanliness, organization, and the ongoing training of its entire staff.
- Carrying out the head chef's directives, conducting line checks, and overseeing the timely rotation of
all food product.
