- Proven record of sales success
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through programs and campaigns
- Understanding of reporting requirement , tools and process
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polished public speaking and presentation ability
- Well educated, open minded, able to adapt to a multi- cultural and fast changing environment.
- Structure, lead and manage the entire sales force to reach the company objectives
- Responsible for sales negotiations, attends sales presentation/events and close sales deals
- Focus on new business development and clients retention strategy
- Directly manage large , high profile customer/prospects account on a national level
- Set up quantitative and qualitative sales objectives
- Set up commission scheme & incentive
- Plan, lead and execute sales policy and strategies
- Set up KPI and monthly reporting to be presented to the management
