- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance
- Minimum of 10 years hospitality experience
- Minimum of 5 years in 4 -5 star hotels as Director of Finance
- Hotel opening experience is a surplus
- Mixed use project experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Sound financial and business acumen
- Knowledge of Opera, Micros Fidelio, Sun Accounting System
- Confident in forecasting and preparing budgets
- Sound knowledge of tax laws, balance sheets, assets registry
- Efficient in producing and analyzing financial reports
Remark: Hotel is opening end of 2015.
