? Male/Female Thai nationality
? Graduate Bachelor degree in related field
? Experience in perishable food
? Excellent in English, both verbal and writing
? Fast learning and can do attitude
? Can start Immediately
Duty and responsibilities:
? Source the highest quality product available according to the needs of the client. Ensure that the pricing and the quality of the product are balanced with cross supplier pricing evaluation in order to keep pricing stable or to find better purchasing prices within a set guidance price
? Ensure all products are properly packed for shipment as standards required
? Ensure all products purchased are of the same nominated brand name
? Ensure that the supplier provides accurate and valid documentation (invoices, certificates, etc.) for each order as required. In addition to following up with Import/Shipping regarding any additional documentation necessary for product FDA registration
? Ensure order completion from the supplier should order not be complete provide substitute products and inform sales immediately of the substitutes and product details (Specifications and Pricing)
? Issue POs based on weekly order, follow up on the POs with suppliers to ensure order correctness, generate Goods Received Reports to support other departments
? Ensure order completion, for usage in the case of claims.
? All POs must be issued in accordance to supplier deadlines
? Negotiate all claims with suppliers, whether full re-imbursement or partial discount.
? Maintain and update all internal product information within the software system, updating/removing obsolete information as needed
? Review and keep up to date with stock levels for stocked items to ensure no supply issues for regular clients and report to head of department
? Respond to all enquiries (mail/tel./faxes) immediately within the same day or within 24 hours of the enquiry
