About you:
At least 2 years' experience in similar position with responsibility for operations
Solid background / experience delivering high quality customer service
Knowledge/experience in Health / Fitness sector preferred; knowledge of health and safety and any relevant qualifications (e.g. first aid certification) would also be an advantage
Strong team management and communications skills
Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
Very good English skills required and should have strong Thai language skills

Manage day-today operations of a world class gym, ensuring that members are provided with outstanding service during their visit
Coach and support the operations teams to ensure they are well trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service, and to help them further develop their potential
Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with the company?s high standards
Work as a key member of the management team, and help support sales and administrative departments with their activities
