At least 1 years hotel experience
Must have a proven sales record within hospitality industry
Good understanding of Travel Agency and must have the commercial intelligence to initiate and conclude business deals.
Must have strong leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in managing and directing high skills, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force along with the ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic of tourism business market.
Strong sales management ability, presentable and great negotiation skills.
A high-level of creative, enthusiasm, motivation and fast learner with passion on latest technologies and implementing outstanding sales ideas.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Positive attitude and good teamwork spirit
Manage and oversea the organization?s travel business efforts
Head the planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers and sales opportunities.
Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the relevant market area.
Set the sales strategy and initiate marketing ideas and promotion campaigns including establish new marketing channels.
Work with Marketing & Communications team to increase the volume of high quality Travel Agent to Infinity properly
Ensure business unit follows clear brand identity guidelines
Promoting Infinity all hotels and resorts under Infinity
