?Female, age between 25-35 yrs.
?At least 5 year experience in this field or in Hotel Industry is preferred
?Flair, initiative & creativity
?Empathic, even-handed communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Ability to communicate, motivate and persuade in person, over the phone and via written media.
?IT literate, experienced Internet & Outlook user, experience of Microsoft Office desirable.
?Appreciates and applies need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the Internet.
?Excellent organizational & planning skills, the ability to prioritize & time manage under pressure
?Natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
?Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior corporate key decision makers.
?Ability to adapt & be flexible to needs of job & organization.
?Excellent interpersonal skills.
?Able to get on with others, be a team-player and comfortable in a fast-moving, informal and non-bureaucratic environment.
?Able to work extended hours on occasions.
?Financially literate with good attention to detail
?Must be able to demonstrate success and experience in senior level account management and negotiation of large contracts.
?Ideally have experience of working with a technology company but not essential.
?Must have experience of developing links with both Travel Agents and Corporate clients.
?A proven successful track record in selling, ideally in IT accessible related services
?Experience of managing marketing agency activities an advantage
?Proven experience and competence in budget management, composing & compiling financial & business documentation.
?People-management.
