Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.To be the lead of all Bar Operations
2.Oversee the entire beverage operation
3.Able to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the beverage operations (cocktail selections, guest responses,and pricing
4.To represent the bars for all day to day operational needs.
5.Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement
6.Create energy and build a friendly service to the guests.
7.Responsible for ensuring that we are maintaining the right price points for all products offered in the bar and all aspects of pour cost control.
8.To be responsible for maintaining safety and hygiene in the bars. To enforce operating standards, use records and to change, update and improve on a regular basis.
9.To improving standards and service for our guests.
10.Be an aggressive Team player and always have a ?Can Do Attitude?.
11.Ensuring that all bar staff are trained and knowledgeable about all cocktail menus
