- Good command of both spoken and written in English.

- Knowledge of F & B is an advantages.
- Handling Check-in/Check-out
- To greet and serve welcome drink to every arriving guest on the Executive Club Floor.
- To have complete knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services especially the Executive Club Floor in order to assist guests with inquiries (meeting room booking, restaurant reservation, etc.) in an efficient and professional manner.
- To keep the Executive Club Lounge area clean, neat and tidy at all times (co-ordinate with Housekeeping where necessary) ensuring the most updated newspapers and magazines are displayed.
- To collect Laundry upon request and co-ordinate with Laundry department for any special instruction required.
- To set up table and provide service during breakfast and Cocktail in the Lounge.
- To coordinate closely with In-Room Dining and Housekeeping daily for the required amenities replenishment for all in house and arriving guests.
