- Must be able to handle the HIS system?s operation and to maintain the cashier intended to keep the money.
- To be responsible for the fulfillment of all guest?s request (whenever possible)
- To report to the Supervisor (during her absence to FOA) relevant guest?s complaints and operational problem.
- To assign rooms for items and special requests, tour and convention groups and prepare all the necessary papers.
- To process all check-out according to procedure.
- 8 day off per month
