- Always stand by at the entrance door and designated location by the superior.
- Escort guests from the Front Desk to their room and luggage to and from the room.
- Explain the room?s features to the guest and available hotel services.
- Personally inspect guestrooms for condition of lights, air condition, television, radio and bathroom.
- Load and unload guest?s baggage to and from vehicles.
- Provide a warm greeting welcoming and farewell to guests.
- Provide information to guests in god and helpful manners, and maintain good reputation with guests.
- Ensure that lobby functions towards are posted and up-dated timely and accurately escort guests attending function.
- Ensure that all guests? luggage are handle carefully and efficiently and keep guests? luggage safety.
