- 1-3 year experience in hospitality with supervisory experience
- Good command of both English and Thai, both written and spoken
- Bachelor?s Degree
- This position is only open to Thai nationals
- Must be able to handle the HIS system?s operation and to maintain the
computer discipline at all times.
- To propose most suitable room and rate category following the guest?s needs and according
to the hotel?s structure.
- To be responsible for the assignment of all room types, applicable rates and for the fulfillment of all guest?s requests.
- To respond all reservation within 8 hours.
- To analyze all group bookings and to make sure we have properly allocated honeymooner, connecting rooms and handicapped rooms etc (to pre-bock this rooms in advance and to mention in special services.)
- Weekly following statistiques: compare forecast last and this year and compare
oversea and local report.
- 8 day off per month
