-มีใจรักงานบริการ สื่อสารอังกฤษได้ดี

รายละเอียดงานผู้จัดการเช่า;
-สามารถดูแลและให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างดีดี
-มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และมีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง
-สามารถใช้งานภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียนได้ดี
-มีประสบการณ์งานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือการจัดการโรงแรม
-มีทัศนคติที่ดี และมีวุฒิภาวะเป็นผู้ใหญ่
Job duties;
- Manage a small team to provide rental service in a large resort
-Approach Owners to set up agency agreements for rental
-Provide support and feedback to owners throughout rental period as necessary
-Attract and engage potential customers for rental
-Screen potential rental customers to ensure suitability
-Show potential customers around the resort
-Negotiate rental agreements with customers.
-Provide an concierge and advice service to assist customer during their time at the Resort

Service to include;
-Assistance in moving in and out
-Payment of rental, utilities etc.
-Laundry
-Housekeeping
-Business centre services; printing, faxing, copying etc.
-Concierge service; arrange taxis, book tours, reserve restaurants, assist with travel arrangements,
-arrange activities e.g. Golf tours, day cruises,
-Provides resale service to Owners
-Manage staff in the provision of service to customers
-Ensure WLP is represented and presented in a manner that portrays the high standard of quality
-and service to which the company aspires.

Salary guide; 20,000-30,000 baht/month with additional commission opportunities available
