1.Bachelors? degree or higher in related area (Accounting, Finance Business etc.)
2.Have a strong presentation skill
3.At least 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting functions and in managerial position
4.Possess a strategic approach, sound business judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset
5.Strong leadership skill and ability to inspire and manage a team
6.Experiences in report preparing submitted to ?The Securities Exchange of Thailand? will be a plus
7.Strong analytical skill and good communication
8.Experiences in food & beverages business will be a plus
Job Objective: To direct all corporate financial functions including transactions, policies, and procedures to meet organization business objectives. To prepare financial report submitted to. The Securities Exchange of Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
1.To lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of finance/ accounting staff to ensure that the organization's financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently as well as developing them to for future growth of the company
2.To evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions
3.To manage cash flow position, financing, A/R, A/P, taxation and legal compliance
4.To present the company financial report to the board meeting
5.To support management with financial analysis and recommendation to create and execute company strategic business plans
6.To assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction
7.To ensure that all tax matters are treated in a proper manner and in compliance with related legislation.
8.To understand business, calculate and monitor financial and operational metrics
9.Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management
