? Hospitality/Corporate travel/leisure industry management professional
? A bachelor?s degree in either sales and marketing, business administrator or hotels and tourism management, with hospitality management adding value to the candidature
? Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
? Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
? Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
? Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
The Director of Sales is to primarily promote the hotels and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in your area/region. This position is accountable for managing the total sales effort within hotels including the integrity of the customer base of key accounts /key prospects the generation of revenue consistent with hotels objectives.
