Primary focus is to bring business to company by marketing name and concept throughout the region.
Develop and call on potential client both local and multinational.
Know all the property?s products and Company's portfolios.
Join key networking groups and attend conferences and industry related trade show.
Provide support to Director of Sales and entire sales staffs by participating in daily meeting provide updates on potential business, assist with client service issues and property tours, review vacancies with DOS.
Monitor and track monthly goal to include sales calls, move-ins and various sales responsibilities that are assigned to sales persons and communicate results regularly to sales persons
Consult with DOS when necessary on administrative issues affect sales.
Initiate local marketing programs, prices and event to support local sales effort.
Assist DOS in monitoring activity on each sales person in the team. Encourage sales persons to sell deep into each account, saturating multiple contacts. Meet regularly to review their progress and refocus if necessary.
Spend time with DOS to review any areas involving sales strategy, ideas for improvement, share observation, plan solutions and action plans.
Spend time with client (in persons & via phone) to determine if they are pleased with our service. Gather input to share with DOS on where we can make improvement.
Monitors & adjust Sales person in the team for sales actions in relation to their monthly or quarterly sales plan.
Administer sales territory and account assignment changes to ensure client coverage and provide ?equal opportunity? for each sales persons.
Personally network within the industry by participating hotel and travel related functions, become an active member of local chamber of commerce, etc.
Assist DOS to provide sales technique training & advice on conduction higher-level client meeting & generally strategize on industry or account development, team selling.
Review weekly schedules to ensure quality appointment & adequate volume.
Constant review of direct subordinates work performance to ensure all relevant information is being issue in a timely and accurate manner to department concerned.
Perform other duties as assigned by DOS and GM.
