- Able to maintain and organize a database
- Good at understanding numbers and systems

The Role:
- Put Information from hotel contracts into our global computer data base.
- Track authorizations and correspondence.
- Maintain detailed and organized files.
- Prepare contract change notices, monitor the reporting and status of contracts.
- Provide contract summaries and make sure contract execution follows company policy.
