Job Descriptions:
Partnership & Acquisition
? Build client and key stakeholder relationships
? Develop and pursue investor leads for investment in Lub d project
? Negotiate of commercial and legal terms of new Lub d and in the drafting of
Management contract and other related documents
? Evaluate new hotel projects and conduct preliminary review of the market, potential performance, competitors and other relevant information
Construction
? Strong understanding of the Construction/Hospitality market
? Supervise the bid/tender process alongside the pre-construction team
? Report progress to senior management and follow up the project timeline
R&D
? Produce business plans, research and compile market intelligence, current marketing trend for develop ideas, process and implement of new product/service offer or more efficient for hotel/hostel construction and efficient in operation
? Analysis and improve on customer journey and enhance guest satisfaction
