- Male Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Previous management experience in Luxury Hotel in Engineering Department
- Previous experience in hotel refurbishment, negotiation of contracts, preventative maintenance program
- Good Command of English both in written and spoken
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work on shift basis (6 days a week)
- To manage, lead and coach the Engineering Team
- To maintain all the Hotel installations and equipment, in accordance with hotel?s standards and manufacturers recommendations in order to ensure optimum performance of the equipment, at all times.
- All the administrative tasks within the department, the implementation of system upgrades, reports keeping and making recommendations to management as required.
- Supervise all day-to-day general maintenance work within the hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees.
