Online Marketing Manager

Qualification
1. Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
2. At least 3-5 year experiences in related position with 4-5 star hotel or serviced apartment.
3. Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
4. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill .
5. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
6. Ability to respond guests efficiently and work well under pressure.
7. Excellent proficiency in both written & spoken English.
8. High level of IT proficiency and have in depth knowledge of property management system

Responsibilities
- Online Sales & Marketing to ensure the sales revenue from OTA meet with company Business Plan.
- Manage all OTA works to ensure the dynamic works for on-line Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure yield with high occupancy to fill up Waterford Diamond Tower and Waterford Resort@Sukhumvit 50 Property.
- Contact OTA and CHANNEL MANAGER (Siteminder) to launch selling page product and improve the selling page product with quality strategy for the benefit of Waterford Group.
- Coaching and Feedback Front Office Staff Team to communicate online marketing products to all team menbers to ensure the same level of understanding to everyone as a good team player.
- Launch the new promotional room rates to ensure market competition as well as offering the variety of room rate to online guests.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
- Managing OTA, Review Score, Ranking and overall key measurement.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all OTAs Tasks.
