? General cleaning duties
? Refilling and rotating stock
? Answering customer enquiries
? Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
? Ensuring a clean, tidy and healthy work area
? Accurately recording hours worked on a daily basis
? Respond to the needs of patrons, including diffusing and resolving disputes or
complaints and filling out incidence reports as and when necessary.
? Attend briefing and training sessions as required.
? Handle cash transactions in an efficient and safe manner.
? Ensure cleanliness and safe lock up of Bar and Venue at the end of each shift.
? To provide outstanding duty of care to patrons and act on Emergency Procedures
including the safe and efficient evacuation of patrons if required.
