- 1 or 2 years working related experience
- Bachelor's degree graduated in Hotel Management or any related filed.
- Very good command in English. Has strong communication skills.
- Be able to handle guest complaint, emergency situation etc.
- Well organized person and be able to work as a shift.
- Has skill and knowledge in Opera system.

รายละเอียดงาน
- Handling guests complain and dealing with guests.
- Support Front Office staff to check in/out when the hotel
- Leading Front Office operations smoothly and leading team to work well and achieve the target.
- Doing room assignment according to the booking or the guests' profile.
- Doing the guest rooms inspection
- Checking and monitoring all records, data of guests such as guest profile, expenses etc.
- In charge of the management team of the hotel.
- Support Front Office staff to check in/out when the hotel
- Leading Front Office operations smoothly and leading team to work well and achieve the target.
