Florist Supervisor

-Floristry certificate
-Creative in Floral Arrangements
-Able to communicate in English
-Experience at least 2 years in related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assign duties to Florist
- Prepares monthly report for flower consumption of different areas
- Orders flowers according to daily requirements
- Controls the cost of flowers and no wastage
- Check to ensure flowers delivered are of highest quality and fresh
- Communicates closely with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Departments on
flower requirements according to event orders
- Checks flowers around the hotel to ensure that are fresh at all times
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the flower room
- Responsible for all the plants in and around the entire Hotel

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
- To assist other associate whenever needed
- Attend training conducted by Housekeeping Trainers
- Liase with related associations to update on latest styles and creation of floral
arrangements
- Any other duties assigned by your Superior from time to time
