- Experience in working with our product ranges (Thalgo, Pevonia, Dermalogica or Algotherm) will be an advantage.

1. To organize and perform all spa treatments in rooms stocked and set up to Quan Spa standards detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual.
2. To perform facials, massage, body, hand and foot treatments.
3. To actively sell retail products to guests.
4. To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.
5. To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
6. To study evaluate and operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Manager.
7. To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the section and work unit.
8. To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
9. To escalate all guest complaints these to the Spa Director.
10. To assist in providing departmental orientation to newly recruited staff.
11. To complete written prescriptions for guests whenever applicable.
12. To log all product recommendations.
13. To report lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to the Manager.
14. Establish good rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits.
15. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
16. To maintain high degree of personal hygiene.
17. Spa therapist will carry responsibilities of Spa attendant as well.
