Technician Coordinator

- Thai Nationality, Age not over 30 years old
- Good Command in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)
- Diploma or Bachelor- s Degree in related fields
- Experience in Hotel operation or restaurant would be an advantage
- Pleasant personality, strong people skills

?Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
?Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.
?Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
?Responds to changes in the Engineering function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel
?Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations
?Main focus on energy/ utilities reduction and conservation of the hotel.
?Tracking down the waste usage of the utilities and maximise the benefits of the utilities
?Supervises and trains staff on how to conserve the energy.
?Checks and corrects all vital data/ information of property
?Organises and arranges the documentation in good manners.
?Supervises the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards.
?Properly handles and maintains all power tools and measuring instruments.
?Assists other tradespersons or technicians when requested by Superiors.
?Modifies installations to minimise waste of material and provide access for future maintenance.
?Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.
?Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.
?Executes Preventive Maintenance Programme according to schedules.
?Regularly inspects the entire building with particular attention on defective or deficient life safety features and to observe closely the condition of all operating equipment. Specific attention must be placed on areas of difficult access.
?Ensures effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
?Ensures fire, life and safety systems are operational.
?Ensures effective service recovery pertaining to guests? feedback.
?Reviews and approves all invoices and Purchase Requests involving Technical Services and installations, machinery, parts and audio visual equipment etc.
