?Bachelor?s degree or higher in Accounting or related major.
?Minimum 5 years of accounting experience and at least 2 years in supervisory level.
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for accounting activities including general ledger accountability, financial reporting preparation, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIE
?Handle office Petty cash and reimbursement.
?Ensure the proper recording of accounting transactions and reports.
?Supervise accounting function e.g. A/P, A/R etc.
?Review cheque payment [General Operation / Petty Cash]
?Prepare an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
?Reconcile all discrepancies.
?Record JV adjustment / accrued income & expenses / payroll.
?Prepare general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
?Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
?Review tax reports.
?Prepare relevant documents for business, restaurant, food distribution license / insurance renewal.
?Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
