Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science or related area 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft SQL databases
? Work long or irregular hours when needed to ensure projects are completed on schedule
? Good command of spoken, written and reading in English language
? 2-5 years related SQL Database Administrator and SQL Database Analyst experience required and experience in the in hotel business and 3 years in senior level
? Work long or irregular hours when needed to ensure projects are completed on schedule
? Strong skill in IT infrastructure, database, application and CRM
? Able to work independent with positive attitude
Job Descriptions:
? Ability to create reports in Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
? Develop the infrastructure to supporting front and back office hotel function
? Assist with the management and evaluation of the system/cloud based on an on-going basis to ensure that the system meets the changing and growing needs of the company policy
? Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements
? Managing IT supervisors and helpdesk, assigning their daily jobs, and training them on all needed theoretical and practical procedures, troubleshooting and support within corporate standards
? Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
? Manage financial budget of IT department including purchasing, budgeting and staff
? Ensure the creation and maintenance of all procedures including system and user manuals, license agreements
? Develop disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
