SUMMARY:

Providing and serving guests in a courteous and prompt manner to ensure great guest satisfaction performs food and beverage service and set-up according to established standard, coordinates and executes daily work assignments as assigned by Supervisor/Captain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Great guests and make them feel comfortable.
2. Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
3. Take beverage and food orders.
4. Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner.
5. Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well.
6. Clear dirty dishes from table.
7. Refill beverages throughout the meal.
8. Work with other servers and be a team player.
