The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate commercial acumen in areas of improving business performance at a strategic and practical level.
?At least Bachelor Degree's in Accounting, able to gain CPD. CPA would be an advantage.
?Age is not over 40 years old.
?At least 2-3 years for managerial level.
?Ability to do multi tasks in accounting processes with tight deadline and resource.
?Strong in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft AXAPTA will be great advantage.
?Experiences in hotel will be an advantage.
?Good command of English both speaking and writing.
The position will be responsible for overview of the Financial statements, general ledger account analysis reports and annual audit and tax schedules including Yearly Budget.
This overview combined in Residence services and Condominium.
The position requires familiarity with accounting practices and procedures, and knowledge of a wide variety of prescribed accounting codes and classifications.
2 days off per week
