- Good knowledge in Food & Beverage.
- At least 2 years related experience on supervisory position in Five Star Hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Good command of English
- Well-organized with strong attention to details
- Enjoy working as part of a vibrant energetic team

- Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
Manager required for the Silhouette Mediterranean restaurant & wine bar within the award winning Reverie Siam Resort (Trip Advisor Customer Choice Award 2015 & World Luxury Hotel Best Mountain Resort Asia 2015).
The successful candidate will be responsible for stock control, purchase orders, staff rotation and staff training. Report to the maitre d'hotel and managing owner.
The restaurant offers daily service of breakfast, lunch and dinner for Upton 55 covers. And also caters for events and boutique weddings.
