- 1-2 years of experience working in the field of consumer marketing, Web designer, digital marketing or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong interest and basic knowledge of create website and develop mobile application
- Strong interest and basic knowledge of digital & social marketing programs including: digital production, social media behavior, SEO & SEM, research & analytics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Collaborative, proactive and solutions orientated
- Active participant in digital and social media channels
- Entertainment, Shoot Photo or video industry experience a plus
- Partner with Revenue Manager to shape e-commerce and social media strategy and objectives
- Manage partnerships with SEM, SEO, and digital agencies to optimize website performance, PPC investments, and customer experience and drive online sales
- Utilize web analytics reporting tools to track sales; report on revenue and engagement KPIs to senior management; continually evaluate online quality and service levels
- Develop creative ideas and improvements for site content, enhancements and functionality; Map out next steps for software additions to current platform or research benefits of apps and/ or new platform
- Manage robust e-mail marketing communications to new and existing customers
- Maintain launch calendar of new product roll outs as well as promotional offers; develop communication material for each release
- Deliver a brand consistent e-commerce experience by working closely with agencies and broader marketing team; Work closely with site development team to add improvements and test optimal landing pages for e-commerce sales
- Prioritize and manage projects to their timeline, resources and budget
