- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical
- Engineering or other related field
- Good leadership skills
- Good command of English, and Computer skills
- Driven, highly motivated, and strong initiative
- Experience in HACCP or ISO procession
- To assist the Assistant and Director of Engineering in every aspect of the operation as requested.
- To supervise other Engineering associates.
- To check timely completion of maintenance requests paying particular attention to guest related jobs.
- To assist Materials Management in the purchase of engineering spares and consumables.
- To assist the Assistant and Director of Engineering with the preparation of planned preventive maintenance and guest room servicing procedures.
- To allocate work requests, scheduled maintenance and repairs to Engineering associates.
- To coordinate the engineering and maintenance work with other hotel departments.
