? At least 2 yrs experience in Spa Operations and Spa Management
? Ministry of Health Spa Managers certificate is advantage
? Responsible for all Spa operations
? Good command of English
? Good computer skills and Marketing & PR skills.
? Financially aware and Budget orientated
? Good Innovation skills
? Ability to lead and train Spa Team in new techniques and
? Spa Homecare Retail techniques
? Aromatherapy Knowledge

1.To coordinate the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining departmental
objectives, expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirement in line.
2.To prepare the annual Spa budget.
3.To prepare the monthly reports.
4. To be responsible for controlling and maintaining the Spa budget, maximizing revenues and lowering cost.
5.To hold regular Spa management meetings to discuss operational matters and strategic
developments.
6. To develop and maintain effective channels of communication throughout the Department.
7. To brief direct reports on all relevant issues within the Company to ensure the efficient
operation of the Spa.
8. To maximize revenues by overseeing organization of special offers or promotions of day packages externally.
9. To maximize awareness by overseeing organization of workshops and lectures.
10.To design and introduce new treatments.
11.To provide written articles for internal and external publications.
12.To ensure adequate administrative record keeping and cash control procedures are implemented and maintained
