Assists DHR and GCCM to monitor employee relations and motivation program in the hotel.
Coordinate and execute employee social, athletic and recreational program and facilities.
Disseminate information, coordinates and executes regarding employee social activities, recreational programs, employee relations and hotel policies and procedures.
To implements and monitor the programs to ensure staff security and safety as per DHR?s advice.
Responsible for the routine function of HR Administration as well as staff welfare & benefit and all staff activities.
Assist in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter, bulletin and direct communication with staff regarding HR Administration, including policies and hotel rules
and regulations.
Employment, resignation and dismissal procedures.
Keep control manpower and cost center into the HR system as per manning budget.
Survey HR records, research and feedback.
Keep all working area in the department clean, all equipment well maintained.
Maintains all Personnel office procedure files; maintain the filing system of HR Div. and the filing of the DHR.
