* 1-3 years of direct experience in HR Coordinator role, Work Permit & Visa, staff engagement activities and internal communication
* Fluent in both English and Thai (professional, working level)
* Bachelor's Degree
* Pleasant, tactful, approachable personality, self-motivated and reliable
* MS Office Proficiency
* Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
* Fast Learner & Lively personality
MAIN DUTIES :
Work Permit & Visa :
* Coordinate with foreign staff / executives for their Work Permit & Visa process.
* Appoints foreign staff / executive for their Work Permit & Visa renewal.
Employment: Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Placement
* Job Posting and screening candidate's CV.
* Provide assistance to Recruitment Manager with appointment and confirmation process for the staff.
* Implements and maintains filing system both in the employee personal file and HR software system.
* Be aware of the different Job Fair events, contact and reserves recruitment booth for the hotel.
* Receives application form and appoint candidates for interview.
* Be able to interview Rank & File level candidates.
Activities :
* Leads & Supports all HR activities.
Administration :
* Organizes HR administrative Jobs: monthly reports, ad hoc reports and creates the forms for HR Department and Maintain appropriate staff personnel filing.
* Organizes meetings : HR meeting, staff welfare meeting, Health & Safety meeting
Others :
Perform other duties as may be assigned by Recruitment Manager
