1. Thai nationality, male or female, below 35 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Law and Master's Degree in business laws will be highly regarded.
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in business and corporate laws, having experiences in law firm is a plus.
4. International commercial law experience is plus.
5. High Proficiency in English communication both oral and written.
6. Strong analytical mind and excellent management information skills

? In-charge of all hotel management projects in Asia except the countries around the Indian Ocean
? In-charge of all offshore trademark registration and related matters
? Supervise all hotel management projects in countries around the Indian Ocean
? Handle all corporate matters related to any entities in India and Asian countries except those around the Indian Ocean
? Support to all investment projects in India and Asia except the countries around the Indian Ocean
