Bachelor's Degree (Master Degree ?s is preferable)
Major Hotel Management/Finance /Accounting / Business Administration
Minimum of 5 Year in Property Asset Management or Portfolio Management, Financial or Accounting background is preferable
Good communication and presentation skills especially in English (Chinese Language is preferable)
Strong Analytical, Management and organization skill with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft office in particular
Maintain market position of respective properties
Review/analyze monthly financial reports and Ensure timely submission of yearly business budget, review, comments and seek approval from relevant authority
Monitor/track both expense and progress of respective capital expenditure
Maintain a proper record/file for every property eg. Management agreement, investment cost, outstanding interest, loan repayment schedule etc.
Review and monitor all capital expenditure project and management the renovation project
Maintain regular communication with property's GM of FC
