Minimum 5 years working experiences, preferably in Hotel.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Good command of both spoken and written in English and computer literacy
-Conduct Feasibility study to identify whether return of investment is within acceptable range
-Find new business or investment opportunity for the company
-Execute investment / acquisition
-Produce project development estimates (budget) and update the probable costs of the project on the monthly basis to ensure that the projects are run under the budget plan
