1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in IT data network planning, implementation and management. Understanding in the principles, practices, techniques and capabilities of large-scale computer and multiple platform operations and equipment
3. Knowledge in UNIX and Windows platforms, Database administration, Web server, Web application and Network
4. Have good communication skills in written and spoken English.
5. Strong analytical skill. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
6. Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
1. Provides long term planning, technical guidance and support to meet the current and future needs of the IT departments related to information technology services.
2. Oversees, directs, prioritizes and assigns staff in IT department and support areas of the department.
3. Oversees the provision of technical support and guidance to departments and end-users.
4. Oversees the security, access, operations, maintenance and repair of information technology systems.
5. Develops and establishes department policies and procedures.
6. Develops Request for Proposals, recommends selection of vendors and negotiates contacts;
7. Develops, submits and administers annual support budget.
8. Acts as IT Director of Information Technology Services in his or her absence.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned
