1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Minimum of 1 years experience in IT Support or similar position
3. Knowledge in TCP/IP, Win 2000 Server/Storage, Data Center Operation, Networking administration and able to analyze network problem.
4. Ability to handle PC. common problems
5. Have good communication skills in written and spoken English.
6. Service-minded. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
7. Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
Main responsibility is to providing technical support to user. Provide user documentation on the use of computerized systems. Ensure the smooth operation of the hardware and software applications, notify the supervisor if the problem occurs.
Assisting users by answering and/or obtaining answers to technical questions. Providing telephone and other communication device evaluations, implementations, maintenance and training.
