? Minimum 3 years experience with a proven track record in Hospitality Marketing & Sales management especially Corporate segment in a luxury hotel brand.
? Proactive, proven excellent leadership and communication skills.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Sales ? Business Travel mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotel belonging to the chain in his/her area/region on Corporate, Government, Association and TMC includes transient, group and catering business.

MAIN DUTIES & TASK LISTS
? Assist Director of Business Development on the sales strategy and action plan in order to achieve the budget on business individual, business group and business meeting.
? Records database of all existing, potential and new account profiles in the hotel?s system accurately.
? Monitor and coach Business Travel team members to understand of their main responsibilities and budget in each territory given.
? Organize self and monitor team daily sales activity in accordance with a predetermined plan.
? Conduct a weekly Business Travel team meeting to get an update on group status and brainstorm action required for each team member.
? Present weekly report on business achievement, potential new business, business group lead and update group status as well as a site inspection plan and a brief action plan on the following week.
? Prepare a monthly strategic meeting to present MTD and YTD achievement and related activities as well as team action plan for the next 3 months.
? Conduct monthly account review with Business Travel team, provide guideline and direction, ensuring team follow the predetermined plan.
? Conduct a quarterly performance review with Business Travel team to ensure team are working on the right track.
? Review and monitor team annual submission on RFI and RFP for both existing and new global accounts, as well as ensure the rate loading process are completed.
? Attending sales trip/sales mission and related tradeshow when assigned by Director of Business Development.
? Creates sharing culture within a team, constant training on hotel update information/promotions as well as competitor hotel intelligence.
? Attend and/or conduct a morning brief and a weekly sales meeting in absent of DBD.
? Comprise a monthly report of all business in Business Travel segment including account performance, account analysis, sales activity and related sales KPI comparing with budget and last year result.
? Promote and educate clients on AccorHotels, Sofitel and Sofitel So activity and its loyalty program Le Club AccorHotels as necessary.
? Promote Sofitel So Bangkok?s exclusive loyalty program and drive member recruitment and usage.
? Director of Sales ? Business Travel is familiar with the operations and applications of the hotel?s computer and data processing systems.
