- Very good communication skill in English and Thai
Previous hotel management experience
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality industry
Experience in health-related hospitality resort/retreat is a VERY big plus (detox, yoga, spa, health retreat)
- Good leadership skill and highly responsible
- Capable of communicating with sub-ordinates
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office is essential, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus)
- Driving skill (car and motorcycle)
-Good negation skill
- Manage day-to-day business of the resort
- Lead morning meeting with department heads
- Complete daily department check and work closely with department heads for good service delivery
- Report directly to the owner
- Oversee the guest satisfaction by getting real engagement with the guests to acknowledge the satisfaction of their stay
- Solve the guests? problem in the timely and efficient manner
- Create and manage staff training scheme
- Perform and ad-hoc tasks when required
- Recruit new staffs; advertise for position in need and interview for the best candidate
