Training Manager

- Able to go to diffrent property of Hansar (Khoayai, Chaam, Pranburi, Samui)
- Flexible

1. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of Training and Development programs within the Hotel up to and including supervisory level.
2. Conducts regular training needs analysis and develops an annual training plan together with the Hansar HR Group to address the training needs of team members.
3. Develops/assists with the development of training sessions/programs to address specific departmental training needs
4. Assists with the selection and on-going training of Departmental Trainers and ensures that the ratio of Departmental Trainers to team members is sufficient
5. Actively promotes the development of a training culture by holding regular meetings with Departmental Trainers, supporting and encouraging training activities, celebrating training successes etc
6. Develops a resource file of training providers, materials and resources for use by the Training Manager and Departmental Trainers
7. Provides individual or group instruction to Supervisors to improve the effectiveness of their communication meetings, performance appraisals and other training related activities.
8. Participates in any activities not mentioned above which may enhance the competencies and productivity of the employees.
9. Responsible for the training and development needs, managing the training function and delivering of training programs that address the needs of the each property.
