? Bachelor and Master?s Degree in Accounting or Finance
? Thai nationality, male or female, 30 years old and above
? At least 5-7 years experiences in Accounting
? Knowledge of related regulations
? Strong analytical skills with regards to financial data, reporting, statements, projections, Budgeting , Finance Analysis and consolidate reports
? Computer literacy : MS Office, e-mail, internet and Accounting software
? Good command of English both spoken and written
? Good communication, coordination, problem solving skills, highly responsible and pro-active
? Experience in real estate industry is advantage
? Managing the overall accounting and finance activities such as month-end closing, P&L, cash flow, budgeting, balance sheets, reconciliations, consolidation and forecasting.
? Supervising, directing, and reviewing the work of the accounting & finance staff.
? Preparing, analyzing, and providing recommendations for financial statements and ad hoc accounting & financial reports.
? Providing tax planning strategies for the company and its affiliates.
? Responding to enquiries from the Director regarding financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
? Helping on developing and implementing new procedures and functions to enhance the workflow of the company
? Dealing with banks, auditors, and the Revenue Department
