demonstration - practical classes

3. To respect the rules and regulations / systems
4. To prepare documents that are to be
distributed to the students in class
5. To act as student-counselor when needed
6. To co-operate and form a good work-team with
all other colleagues
7. To support other chefs? responsibilities
8. Other duties as directed by the Director
