GENERAL MISSION
? To assist HR Management in administration
? To supervise and train HR staff
? To assist Hotel staff and ensure their employment with the Hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Corporate all HR functions between NBP and SPT Head Office
? Set up HR job progress to be standard practice
? Training and Development Function
? Organizing orientation for new Employees
Recruitment Function
? Contacting recruitment agencies, leasing with newspapers or web sites for advertising purpose, and announcing on company?s board, Labor Office?s board and local public information board
? Searching, interviewing and preliminary screening the applicants to get the right person for hiring
? Preparing Employee Agreement and all related documents and filling
? Allocating manpower between each Departments
Payroll System(Eagles)
? Responding for checking Time Fringier-Print Attendance Machine
? Conducting Employees? time sheet record and overtime requested for salary process
? Doing payroll and printing Pay slip with FA
? Employees document control
? Checking and arranging Personnel Income Tax and Social Security Payment
? Arranging Workmen Compensation and Withholding Tax Payment
? Arranging, managing and maintaining employee database and files in confidential including employee attendant records, HR Statistic report
Performance Appraisal and Evaluation Function
? Performing Probation evaluation, Annual evaluation, Salary review, and Bonus
Compensation, Welfare and Benefits Function
? Handling Social Welfare for Employees
? Coordinating with relevant parties to create/maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all Employees
? Controlling Locker Keys
? Controlling Uniform, Cap, and Shoes
? Controlling Canteen
? Controlling Stationary
? Controlling driver and transportation
? Controlling, checking and clearing Keep Clean, west, and scrap
Employee Relation
? Implementation HR Policies and Procedures
? Encouraging the Employees share information in order to meet employees? satisfaction and motivate them to participate in the company activities benefits
? Organization Employee relation activities such as Happy Return and Skill Contest ,Birthday Staff, Sport day, Company outing, New Year Party, Dinner Meeting, etc.
Employee Foreigner.
? Organization Employee foreigner activities Visa and Work Permit, Re-Entry Visa, 90-Day report, Visa Cancellation etc.
LEADERSHIP
? Coaches and counsels HR staff when applicable.
? Motivates staff to grow within the company.
? Develops him/herself to be better in the occupied post at all times.
LIAISE WITH
? Directs and supervises activities of the departments concurred.
? Coordinates with other managers to ensure smooth operations and all activities of the Hotel.
ETERNAL LIAISONS
? Interacts with clients, applicants and other important individual in the community
